Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the total service.
NO SHOW POLICY- If you NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the missed service and you will be banned from booking future appointments.
LATE POLICY- PLEASE text me if you are running behind to your appointment. I understand life happens and open communication is appreciated. If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. If you are late more than 2 times or cancel 3 times you will be banned from booking future appointments.
